Privacy Statement

SPE Systemhaus GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection explanation.

As a rule, our website can be used without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses in the contact form) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, we use SSL encryption for all our websites - recognisable by the 'https:' in the address bar of the browser. However, we expressly point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible in these cases.

The following provides information on the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data.

Usage of data

If you instruct us to provide a service or to send goods (including licenses and programs), we collect and store your personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service or performance of the contract. For this purpose, it may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we commission to provide the service or to process the contract. These are, for example, transport companies or other service providers.

If you have otherwise provided us with personal data (e.g. in the contact form), we will only use it to answer your questions and for technical administration. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

All stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to their storage, if their knowledge is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which they were stored, or if their storage should be inadmissible for other legal reasons.

By order of the responsible authorities, however, we may in individual cases provide information about this data, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, averting danger, fulfilling the statutory duties of the constitutional protection authorities or the german Militärischer Abschirmdienst or enforcing intellectual property rights.

Data Transmission / Data Processing

Internet browsers automatically transmit data to our web server when accessing our website. This includes the date and time of access, the URL of the referring web site, the name of the file accessed, the type of browser and its version, the operating system used and the IP address.

These data are stored separately from other data which are entered in the context of the use of our offer in own log files directly on the web server. In principle, it is possible to assign this data to a specific person via the IP address. However, these data are evaluated by us only for statistical purposes in anonymous form. The log files are deleted after evaluation.

All personal data is stored and processed on SPE Systemhaus GmbH's own servers. Irrespective of the location of these servers, they are exclusively accessed by SPE Systemhaus GmbH. Only the log files are located on the (external) web server.

If you have to send us confidential information within the scope of a support request, we strongly recommend that you make use of the possibility of encryption - e.g. send as a password protected ZIP archive.
